Terms of service

Our full terms are still being written up.

These points apply to every order placed today:

• All PCs come with a 1 year warranty covering parts, labour and return shipping.
• UK delivery is free and normally takes 1 to 3 working days once the build is complete.
• Custom builds take 5 to 7 working days to assemble and test before they ship.
• Payments are processed by Shopify.
• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel a stock order within 14 days of delivery. Custom builds are made to your specification, so cancellation there depends on how far the build has progressed. Contact us and we will tell you where you stand.
