Frequently asked questions
- How long does a build take?
- 5 to 7 working days for most orders, then 1 to 3 more in transit. If a part you picked is on backorder we tell you before we take payment.
- What does delivery cost?
- Nothing on any PC. UK delivery takes 1 to 3 working days, double boxed with the graphics card braced.
- What does the warranty cover?
- 1 year on parts and labour, and we pay the postage both ways. Report a fault and we collect it.
- Do you test the PC before it ships?
- Yes. The PSU is tested with a voltage tester, then FurMark, OCCT and MemTest. BIOS updated, TPM and secure boot enabled, CSM disabled, XMP enabled. The results go in the box.
- Can I bring in a PC someone else built?
- Yes. We work on Scan boxes, PC Specialist machines and PCs you put together yourself. Typical prices are on the repairs page.
- Can I visit the workshop?
